What's New in Propel Rx 2.0 SP3

Previously, the Propel Rx database was managed using Sybase SQL Anywhere (ASA). However, ASA is scheduled to reach end of life at the end of 2025, after which it will no longer receive updates or security patches. Moving forward, the Propel Rx database will now be managed on Microsoft SQL Server.

This change brings several advantages:
